Free checklist & auditGet the free BFCM checklist & auditBB Pfand effectively addresses a specific need: container deposit handling, particularly within the German market. However, merchants might seek alternatives due to several reasons. Firstly, the app’s focus on a specific legal framework (German Container-Deposit legislation) may limit its adaptability for businesses operating under different or evolving regulations. Furthermore, a single review, while positive, offers limited insight into the app's long-term reliability and support. As businesses scale and their needs evolve, they may seek solutions with more robust feature sets, broader geographic applicability, or a larger community offering support and development.
Easily implement Container-Deposit for various beverages. Tailored for the German market.
Set multiple variant images, display only correct images. Show color swatches with image variants
This app is more focused on presenting multiple images per variant and showing swatches. Not a direct replacement, but can improve product presentation.
Best for merchants needing better variant image management but this is NOT a replacement for BB Pfand's Deposit handling functionality.
Easily hide/disable sold-out or unavailable or any other variants with Camouflage.
Camouflage is not a replacement for BB Pfand. However, if deposit amounts are linked to in-stock variants, then this would allow a merchant to hide the variants if there are no deposits in stock.

Based on the descriptions provided, EasyFlow has the ability to create a similar structure to BB Pfand through the use of custom product options.
A true replacement should automate the addition of deposit fees based on the product purchased, track deposit types, and provide clear cost breakdowns to the customer at checkout, ideally supporting different regional regulations.
Potentially. You could use a general product options app like EasyFlow to manage the deposits and then potentially integrate with another app for compliance reporting specific to your region.
