Free checklist & auditGet the free BFCM checklist & auditMany Shopify merchants seek alternatives to Final Returns & Order Exchange, even if it's a newer app (as suggested by its lack of reviews). Common reasons include the need for proven reliability, a wider range of features, or more transparent pricing. Since Final Returns & Order Exchange is newly released and has no reviews to validate its claims, merchants may be hesitant to rely on it for critical return and exchange processes. They might also prefer apps with established support systems and active user communities.
