The difficulty of migration depends on the complexity of your current setup and the features of the new app. Some apps may offer easy import/export tools, while others may require manual configuration. Assess whether the alternative app has an import of current unfulfilled orders to allow continued COD managment for orders already placed.
Integration capabilities vary. Review each app's description and documentation to see if it integrates with your current shipping software. Also, check the Shopify App Store to see whether it integrates with existing shipping applications currently installed.
