Common pain points can include a desire for more robust feature sets, a need for better pricing, or dissatisfaction with the user interface and overall ease of use. With only 6 reviews and a rating of 3.7/5, some merchants might be concerned about the app's reliability and long-term support. As of 2026, Shopify merchants require increasingly sophisticated and automated solutions, so they want apps that offer improved efficiency or a broader range of functionalities beyond simple CSV-based collection management.
