Free checklist & auditGet the free BFCM checklist & auditLiquiDonate offers a unique solution for managing unsellable returns by routing them directly to local nonprofits, skipping the warehouse and its associated costs. However, some merchants may seek alternatives due to the need for a more comprehensive returns management system, a desire for different pricing structures, or a need for features beyond donation routing, such as advanced exchange options or integration with specific shipping carriers. Merchants might also be looking for apps with a larger number of reviews and a more established track record within the Shopify ecosystem. While LiquiDonate focuses heavily on the charitable donation aspect of returns, other apps may provide a broader range of functionalities tailored to general return management and customer retention.
The only RMS that routes unsellable returns to local nonprofits, skipping the warehouse + the costs.
