While the app boasts efficient CSV import/export for product and inventory updates, including metafields, users may encounter limitations in pricing, the user interface, or the need for integrations with other platforms, like marketplaces or advanced feed management systems. Furthermore, the reliance on email support for CSV import/export tasks can introduce delays and might not be suitable for merchants requiring immediate assistance or those managing extremely large catalogs. As stores grow and their needs evolve, a more comprehensive solution offering broader functionality and control becomes essential.
