A 3.8-star rating suggests some users may be dissatisfied with its performance or features. Common pain points for such apps include limited customization options in email templates, lack of advanced reporting capabilities, or issues with email deliverability. Users might also find the available integrations insufficient or the pricing structure not scalable for their business growth. Moreover, some merchants might seek a more streamlined user interface or better customer support than what the original app provides.
