11za ‑ WABA API vs Back In Stock ︱Restock Roosterfor Shopify (2026)
11za ‑ WABA API and Back In Stock ︱Restock Rooster offer distinct solutions for Shopify merchants. 11za positions itself as a comprehensive WhatsApp marketing suite, focusing on abandoned cart recovery, customer support automation via chatbots, order updates, and broadcast messaging. Its target audience seems to be merchants aiming for a robust omnichannel strategy leveraging WhatsApp's popularity. Back In Stock ︱Restock Rooster, conversely, provides a more focused solution: automated back-in-stock alerts triggered by customer sign-ups on out-of-stock product pages. Its primary goal is to recover lost sales by re-engaging customers when products become available again, with an emphasis on easy setup and customization. The key difference lies in the scope of functionality: 11za is a broad communication platform centered around WhatsApp, while Back In Stock ︱Restock Rooster is a specialized tool for managing out-of-stock inventory and recovering related sales. The critical distinction between the two apps in 2026 is the significant user feedback gap. Back In Stock ︱Restock Rooster boasts a perfect 5/5 rating with 17 reviews, suggesting a positive user experience and reliable performance. 11za, on the other hand, has no reviews, making it difficult to assess its effectiveness and reliability. This lack of social proof may deter merchants hesitant to adopt an unproven solution. However, if a merchant has a WhatsApp first marketing strategy, and requires features such as a shared team inbox for customer service, then 11za might be worth the risk to get ahead of the competition, but should proceed with caution.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive WhatsApp marketing solution with features like chatbots and shared team inboxes, 11za ‑ WABA API is an option. However, the lack of reviews and a zero rating makes it a risky choice. Due diligence is crucial before investing in this app; merchants should look for demos, trials, or seek direct contact with the developer. Back In Stock ︱Restock Rooster is the safer bet for merchants specifically focused on recovering lost sales from out-of-stock products. Its positive reviews, ease of setup, and focused functionality make it a more reliable solution for this particular need. The choice depends on the specific communication and marketing strategy the merchant is pursuing and their tolerance for risk associated with newer or unproven apps.
