17TRACK Order Tracking vs BIG Digital Downloads Productsfor Shopify (2026)
17TRACK Order Tracking and BIG Digital Downloads Products cater to vastly different needs within the Shopify ecosystem, despite sharing the 'Orders' category. 17TRACK focuses on physical product businesses aiming to improve the post-purchase experience by providing robust order tracking and return management solutions. Its strengths lie in reducing 'Where Is My Order' (WISMO) inquiries, managing customer expectations with estimated delivery dates (EDD), and optimizing shipping logistics through analytics. It is especially valuable for dropshippers due to its 'hide China info' feature. BIG Digital Downloads Products, on the other hand, is laser-focused on merchants selling digital goods, such as ebooks, software licenses, and digital art. Its core value proposition centers on simplifying the delivery of these digital assets, offering features like unlimited storage, download limits, and PDF stamping. Unlike 17TRACK, which deals with the complexities of physical shipping and returns, BIG Digital Downloads Products addresses the unique challenges of distributing digital files securely and efficiently. The choice between the two hinges entirely on whether a merchant sells physical or digital products.
