17TRACK Order Tracking vs Redofor Shopify (2026)
17TRACK Order Tracking and Redo both address returns and exchanges for Shopify merchants, but they target different pain points and offer distinct solutions. 17TRACK specializes in order tracking, proactive communication, and dropshipping support. Its focus is on managing customer expectations during shipping, reducing 'Where Is My Order' (WISMO) inquiries, and protecting dropshippers' branding. The app offers branded tracking pages, automated notifications, and dropshipping-specific features like hiding China origin information. Redo, on the other hand, positions itself as a holistic platform for improving the entire buyer journey, from checkout to returns, using AI. It emphasizes increasing conversion rates, personalizing customer service, and driving sales through email marketing and AI persona targeting. The primary difference lies in their scope. 17TRACK is laser-focused on post-purchase experience and dropshipping, while Redo aims to be a comprehensive solution for optimizing the entire customer lifecycle. 17TRACK leans on features like branded tracking and shipping analytics. Redo utilizes features such as AI-driven personalization, a full ESP (email and SMS platform), and A/B testing for checkout optimization. While both address returns, Redo emphasizes increasing exchange rates and decreasing return rates using AI personalization, making it a more proactive approach than 17TRACK's self-service return portal.
