Our Verdict
For dropshipping businesses or high-volume shippers seeking a comprehensive solution encompassing order tracking, proactive notifications, and dropshipping-specific features, 17TRACK is likely the better choice. Its shipping analytics and ability to hide Chinese origin info provide significant advantages. However, if the primary need is robust, granular control over return and exchange policies, and a streamlined, customizable portal specifically for managing these requests, Yanet offers a more focused and tailored solution. Yanet is better suited for businesses prioritizing a well-defined returns process and needing flexibility in applying different rules to various products, even though it requires integration for tracking capabilities.
