1Click Popups – Email Pop Ups vs Attrac Popup, Announcement Barfor Shopify (2026)
Both 1Click Popups – Email Pop Ups and Attrac Popup, Announcement Bar are highly-rated Shopify apps (4.9/5) designed to enhance on-site marketing and lead generation. However, they cater to slightly different needs. 1Click Popups focuses more heavily on email and SMS list growth using popups, embedded forms, and spin wheels. A unique selling point is its integration with Shop, leveraging its large user base for faster checkout and lead capture. Attrac Popup, on the other hand, positions itself as a more comprehensive on-site marketing solution. It offers a wider array of campaign types, including announcement bars, banners, upsell/cross-sell offers, and frequently bought together bundles, in addition to standard popups. While both apps offer email and SMS capture, Attrac emphasizes promotional announcements, coupon code promotion, and urgency-driving elements like countdown timers. Therefore, 1Click Popups is ideal for stores primarily seeking to build their email list, while Attrac is a better fit for merchants looking for a broader suite of on-site marketing tools to boost sales and average order value.

Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
Both apps claim to be easy to set up and customizable. Without user reviews specifically addressing ease of use differences, it's difficult to definitively say which is easier. However, 1Click Popup's visual editor suggests a user-friendly design for creating popups.
Which app integrates with more email marketing platforms?
1Click Popup explicitly mentions integration with Shopify Email, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp. Attrac only mentions integration with 'popular email marketing apps' generically. Based on this, 1Click Popup's integrations are more clearly defined.
Which app is better for creating urgency?
Attrac Popup is better for creating urgency due to its countdown timer bar feature, which 1Click Popup does not explicitly offer.
Which app is more suitable for mobile users?
Neither app explicitly mentions mobile optimization in its description. Assuming both are responsive, Attrac's announcement bars may be less intrusive on smaller screens than 1Click Popup's full-screen popups.
Which app is better for increasing Average Order Value (AOV)?
Attrac Popup is specifically designed to increase AOV with its Upsell and Cross-sell features. 1Click Popups focuses primarily on email list generation and does not advertise AOV boosting features.
