Our Verdict
For merchants aiming to attract and retain eco-conscious customers and boost sales through sustainability initiatives, 1ClickImpact could be a good choice if the lack of reviews is not a concern (new apps often start this way, but careful research is still advised). However, the absence of reviews in 2026 is concerning. BeSure Checkout Rules is the better option for merchants prioritizing checkout optimization, increased conversion rates, and a more streamlined customer experience, especially if they have complex shipping or payment requirements. The positive rating and substantial number of reviews suggest a reliable and effective solution for checkout customization.
Essentially, choose 1ClickImpact if your primary goal is to align your brand with environmental values and are comfortable being an early adopter. Choose BeSure Checkout Rules if your focus is on improving the functional aspects of your checkout process and you want a solution with a proven track record. Given the zero reviews for 1ClickImpact, starting with a similar app with more reviews might be prudent before investing significant effort.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
1ClickImpact claims "no code, easy integration in minutes." BeSure Checkout Rules doesn't explicitly state ease of setup, but given its more complex functionality, it's likely to require a bit more configuration.
Which app is better for increasing average order value (AOV)?
1ClickImpact offers product upsells that support sustainability, which could potentially increase AOV. BeSure Checkout Rules doesn't directly focus on AOV, but streamlining the checkout process could indirectly lead to higher conversion rates and potentially larger orders due to a smoother customer experience.
Which app is better for international stores?
BeSure Checkout Rules' ability to conditionally show or hide shipping and payment methods based on address makes it potentially more useful for international stores with varying regional regulations or shipping options. 1ClickImpact's focus on sustainability is generally applicable regardless of location.
What if I want to improve both sustainability and checkout conversion?
These apps address distinct needs. You could potentially use both apps, but ensure they are compatible and don't negatively impact the user experience. Prioritize based on your biggest pain points and business goals.
Is the lack of reviews for 1ClickImpact a red flag?
Potentially, yes. In 2026, an app with zero reviews is a significant concern. It could be a very new app, or one that hasn't gained traction for other reasons. Thoroughly research the app developer and consider contacting them directly to address your concerns before committing to using it.
