Our Verdict
RetainIQ is the clear frontrunner given its strong rating and focus on data-driven marketing. It's ideal for Shopify merchants seeking to personalize customer experiences, improve retention, and boost revenue through targeted email and SMS campaigns. 24/7 AI Phone Customer Support, in its current state with zero reviews, is a highly risky choice. Unless substantial positive reviews and proof of concept emerge, merchants are better off investing in proven customer support solutions or exploring alternatives with established track records. Merchants prioritizing direct phone support might consider looking for alternatives that have demonstrated success.
