Our Verdict
Choosing between these apps depends entirely on your specific needs. If you require a comprehensive inventory management and order fulfillment solution with barcode scanning capabilities, 506 EasyScan SKU & Barcode is the clear choice, particularly given its overwhelmingly positive reviews. Its features address a broader range of pain points related to physical inventory.
However, if your primary need is to sell products in fractional quantities (e.g., yards of fabric, pounds of meat) directly through your Shopify POS system, then Fractional Quantities For POS is the only solution of the two that directly addresses this requirement. While its low rating and few reviews are concerning, if fractional quantity sales are crucial to your business, it may be worth exploring, albeit with caution and thorough testing. Be sure to compare it to any newly released alternatives before committing.
Common Questions

Which app is better for a clothing store?
