Our Verdict
Based on the available information, ∞ Facebook Pixel ‑Tiktok Pixel is the safer bet for most Shopify merchants, owing to its significantly higher rating and a substantial number of positive reviews. This app is essential for merchants heavily reliant on social media advertising. 8Data: Supply Chain Management, with its low rating and limited reviews, presents a riskier proposition. It might be considered by merchants experiencing specific and significant supply chain issues, but only after thorough research and perhaps seeking a trial period.
The choice between these apps boils down to the core need of the business. If the priority is understanding and optimizing marketing spend on social media, ∞ Facebook Pixel ‑Tiktok Pixel is the clear winner. If the business is struggling with inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain bottlenecks, then 8Data is relevant in theory but requires much more due diligence given its poor reception.
