Our Verdict
8returns - Returns portal is the better choice for merchants who prioritize deep customization, automation, and comprehensive analytics to actively manage and reduce return rates while creating a branded customer experience. Its robust feature set and higher rating make it a more reliable option for businesses looking to invest in a long-term, sophisticated returns solution. Code Returns & Exchanges is suitable for merchants seeking a quick and straightforward returns solution, particularly those primarily focused on converting returns into exchanges to boost revenue. However, its significantly lower rating and limited number of reviews raise concerns about its reliability and overall user experience. Merchants should proceed with caution and consider a thorough trial before committing to Code Returns & Exchanges.
