Our Verdict
For larger merchants with a strong brand identity and a focus on customer lifetime value, 8returns is likely the better choice. Its comprehensive features, extensive customization options, and focus on customer retention offer a more robust solution. However, for smaller merchants or those just starting out, or merchants seeking a simple and cost-effective solution to automate basic return requests, COS Order Returns Manager could be sufficient. The significantly lower number of reviews for COS Order Returns Manager, combined with the lower rating, suggests a greater degree of caution before selecting it.
