Our Verdict
Given the substantial difference in ratings and review counts, 8returns ‑ Returns portal appears to be a safer choice for most merchants. Its focus on brand customization and customer retention through various resolution options makes it particularly suitable for brands that prioritize customer experience and loyalty. However, if multilingual support and speed of processing are paramount, and the merchant is willing to potentially troubleshoot issues reported in FlexReturn's reviews, FlexReturn Return Center could be a viable option. Ultimately, due to the rating disparity, 8returns is the recommended starting point, especially for stores with higher volumes of returns where a smooth, positive experience is critical.
