Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a highly customizable returns experience that perfectly reflects their brand and prioritizes customer loyalty through unique options like repairs, 8returns ‑ Returns portal is the stronger choice, despite having significantly fewer reviews. However, for merchants handling a large volume of returns and requiring seamless integration with a wide range of carriers, along with a focus on incentivizing exchanges and basic auto-tracking features, Parcel Panel Returns &Exchange is likely the better option due to its extensive carrier integrations and higher number of reviews suggesting more extensive usage. A merchant should consider whether brand experience trumps volume handling capabilities.
