Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a better returns experience and looking to reduce return costs through automation and customer retention strategies like exchanges and store credit, 8returns is the clear choice. Its existing positive ratings and reviews provide a level of confidence. However, merchants who offer warranties on their products and require a robust system for managing warranty registrations and claims should consider Warranty Registration - Propel. The Propel app offers key features such as serial number validation and claim form management. However, the lack of ratings and reviews make it a riskier choice until proven.
