Our Verdict
The choice between AAA ‑ Custom Form Builder App and Avada GDPR Cookies Consent depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. If the priority is to collect customer data, generate leads, and create custom forms, AAA ‑ Custom Form Builder App is the better choice. Its drag-and-drop interface and CRM integration make it a user-friendly option for businesses focused on customer engagement.
However, if the primary concern is legal compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations, Avada GDPR Cookies Consent is the clear winner. Its features specifically address the requirements of these laws, providing a comprehensive solution for managing cookie consent and protecting customer data. Although AAA ‑ Custom Form Builder App may offer notification features related to form submissions, it does not fulfill the critical function of GDPR/CCPA compliance that Avada GDPR Cookies Consent provides. Thus, for many stores, Avada may be legally required.
