Our Verdict
AAA ‑ Custom Form Builder App is a solid choice for merchants who prioritize ease of use, extensive customization options, and integration with AiTrillion. Its higher number of reviews offers more social proof and demonstrates established reliability. It is ideal for merchants seeking straightforward forms and less technically advanced features.
FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder, despite having fewer reviews, offers a more modern approach with its AI-powered form building. It is better suited for merchants requiring more complex forms, such as multi-step forms with conditional logic, multilingual support, and advanced integrations. However, merchants should weigh the potential risks of using a newer app with less established user feedback. The higher rating is promising but based on a small sample size.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
Both apps claim to offer drag-and-drop interfaces. However, AAA's emphasis on ease of use and lack of mention of AI-assisted features suggest it might be slightly simpler for beginners. FormCRM potentially has a steeper learning curve with its AI features and more advanced form options.
Which app has better integrations?
FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder offers a wider variety of integrations, including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Slack, and Zoho. AAA ‑ Custom Form Builder App specifically mentions integration with AiTrillion, which might be limiting for merchants using other CRM or email marketing platforms.
Which app is better for creating complex forms?
FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder is the clear choice for complex forms, as it supports multi-step forms, multilingual content, and conditional logic. AAA ‑ Custom Form Builder App doesn't explicitly mention these features.
Which app is more reliable, considering the number of reviews?
AAA ‑ Custom Form Builder App is likely more reliable due to its larger number of reviews (65), indicating a longer track record and a larger user base. FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder has only 7 reviews, so reliability may be difficult to ascertain with the current data.
Which form builder would build custom forms faster?
FormCRM claims to build forms in seconds with its AI form builder, potentially faster than AAA's drag-and-drop builder. If speed is a top priority, FormCRM may be the better option, although that speed may come at the cost of reduced customization options.
