Our Verdict
For merchants needing a flexible and versatile form builder for various purposes such as surveys, contact forms, and customer feedback, AAA ‑ Custom Form Builder App is the clear winner. Its drag-and-drop interface, customizable fields, and integration capabilities make it a powerful tool for general data collection. However, for merchants who heavily rely on Cash on Delivery (COD) and are looking to streamline their COD checkout process, increase conversions, and mitigate risks associated with COD orders, Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell is the superior choice. Its focus on COD-specific features like partial payments, COD fees, abandoned cart recovery, and OTP verification makes it an invaluable asset for optimizing COD sales.
While Madgic has a perfect rating, the lower review count suggests it's a newer or less widely adopted app. If the reviews are recent and positive, this isn't necessarily a drawback, but merchants should carefully consider their specific needs. If COD is a significant part of their business, Madgic's targeted features offer a more specialized and potentially higher-ROI solution. If COD is only a small part of the business, or if a broader set of form functionalities is needed, AAA may be the better all-around choice.
