Our Verdict
Lably—Product Labels & Badges is the stronger choice for merchants focused on optimizing their on-site sales through visually appealing product labels and badges. Its high rating and significantly larger number of reviews suggest a more robust and well-received app. The comprehensive feature set allows for nuanced control over how products are presented.
However, AAA Social Share Marketing could be beneficial for newer stores specifically targeting increased social media traffic and engagement, provided they are willing to overlook the lower rating and limited reviews. If social media marketing is a top priority, the app's focused functionality might be sufficient. But, the lack of social proof compared to Lably makes it a riskier choice.
Common Questions
Which app is better for increasing sales during Black Friday?
Lably is likely better for Black Friday, as it provides pre-designed labels and badge options specifically for BFCM, allowing you to highlight deals and promotions directly on your products. AAA Social Share Marketing may indirectly increase sales through social media, but Lably offers more direct on-site impact.
Is either app suitable for dropshipping stores?
Both apps could be used for dropshipping stores. AAA Social Share Marketing can help drive traffic to product pages. Lably can be useful in highlighting product features or discounts, especially if the store is promoting products that are frequently on sale. However, neither app offers dropshipping-specific features.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the feature sets, AAA Social Share Marketing is probably easier to set up and use due to its simpler focus on social sharing. Lably's wider range of features, including label design and display conditions, suggests a steeper learning curve.
Does either app offer support for languages other than English?
The descriptions do not explicitly mention multilingual support for either app. Further research would be needed to determine their compatibility with different languages.
Which app is better for small stores with limited marketing budgets?
Without pricing information, it's difficult to say definitively. However, AAA Social Share Marketing's simpler functionality might be a more cost-effective option for small stores with limited budgets, assuming it is priced accordingly. Lably's more advanced features might justify a higher price point, making it less suitable for budget-constrained merchants if there are cheaper alternatives with similar functionalities.
