A/B: Product and Price Testing vs Swift SEO Page Speed Optimizerfor Shopify (2026)
A/B: Product and Price Testing and Swift SEO Page Speed Optimizer both target site optimization for Shopify merchants, but they address fundamentally different needs. A/B: Product and Price Testing focuses on improving conversion rates and maximizing sales through A/B testing of product pages, pricing, and other elements. Its promise is to help merchants optimize their existing traffic. Conversely, Swift SEO Page Speed Optimizer concentrates on improving SEO and page speed to attract more organic traffic and provide a better user experience. Swift SEO uses AI, like ChatGPT, to automate SEO meta tags and alt text, improving Google's ranking potential. The key difference lies in their core value propositions: A/B: Product and Price Testing is about optimizing existing traffic for conversion, while Swift SEO Page Speed Optimizer is about attracting more traffic and improving overall website performance. Merchants choose one over the other based on their current business challenges. A store struggling with conversion rates but already receiving substantial traffic might benefit from A/B testing, while a store looking to improve its organic reach and user experience might find Swift SEO more valuable. Furthermore, the significant difference in user ratings and number of reviews suggests a disparity in user satisfaction and overall app performance, indicating a potential reliability concern for A/B: Product and Price Testing.

Our Verdict
Swift SEO Page Speed Optimizer appears to be the stronger choice for most merchants in 2026 based on its significantly higher rating and larger number of reviews. Its features, particularly the AI-powered SEO enhancements and page speed optimization, address fundamental needs for online store success. It helps with discoverability.
A/B: Product and Price Testing is suited for a very specific niche: merchants who already have substantial traffic but are struggling with conversion rates. If a store's analytics indicate high bounce rates or low add-to-cart rates, then focused A/B testing might be valuable. However, the extremely low rating and limited reviews raise significant concerns about the app's reliability and effectiveness. Merchants should proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly investigate the issues reported in the reviews before considering this option. The risk that it does not function or causes website problems is higher than it is worth.
