AbProfit ‑ A/B Price Testing vs YouQuote: Request a Quote Formfor Shopify (2026)
AbProfit ‑ A/B Price Testing and YouQuote: Request a Quote Form are distinct Shopify apps falling under the 'Pricing' category but serving fundamentally different purposes. AbProfit aims to optimize product pricing through A/B testing, allowing merchants to experiment with different price points and variants to maximize revenue. Key features include single product, product variant, and country-specific testing, along with monitoring and running multiple tests simultaneously. It's positioned as an easy-to-use app designed to increase conversions by finding the optimal pricing strategy. On the other hand, YouQuote: Request a Quote Form focuses on facilitating custom pricing and personalized sales. It enables customers to request quotes for products or services, which is particularly useful for businesses with complex pricing structures or those offering customized products. While it doesn't offer A/B testing, its purpose is to manage and convert quote requests into sales. The significant difference in user ratings and review count suggests a well-established and positively received user base for YouQuote compared to AbProfit, which lacks any user feedback as of 2026.

Our Verdict
For merchants aiming to find the optimal price point for their products using a data-driven approach, AbProfit ‑ A/B Price Testing appears to be the more suitable choice. It provides tools for A/B testing different pricing strategies across single products, variants, and specific countries. However, the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating should be a major cause for concern. Thorough testing and a cautious approach are advisable before committing to this app.
YouQuote: Request a Quote Form is a better option for merchants who require a solution for handling custom pricing, offering bespoke products, or those who prefer a personalized sales process. The high rating and positive reviews indicate a reliable and user-friendly application. If your business model relies on individual customer interactions and quote-based pricing, YouQuote is the recommended choice.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on available data, it's challenging to determine the ease of use for AbProfit due to the absence of reviews. YouQuote likely offers a smoother experience, given its high rating and positive user feedback.
Which app is better for increasing sales?

Can I use both apps together?
Potentially, but they address different stages of the sales process. You could use AbProfit to determine a baseline price range, then use YouQuote for custom quotes within that range. However, careful consideration of your workflow is necessary.
