Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with providing a highly customizable accessibility experience for website visitors with a wide range of disabilities, AC ‑ Accessibility Toolkit is the better choice, despite its smaller user base (based on available reviews). Its comprehensive feature set allows users to tailor the website to their specific needs. However, for merchants focused on improving SEO ranking, page speed, and simplifying the process of making images accessible to screen readers, AI SEO Image Optimizer is more suitable, offering a streamlined approach to image optimization and alt-text generation. Given the lack of reviews for AI SEO Image Optimizer, merchants may proceed with caution and consider a trial period.
