Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with meeting strict legal accessibility requirements (WCAG, ADA, AODA, EAA) and catering to a diverse, international audience, EA• Accessibility ADA WCAG EAA is likely the better choice, despite having fewer reviews. Its emphasis on compliance and built-in translation are crucial for those needs. However, if the merchant's main goal is to improve general accessibility, attract a wider customer base, and have more community support based on a larger review pool, AC ‑ Accessibility Toolkit might be preferable, especially if they already possess some degree of legal accessibility compliance, though that's an assumption based on the data provided.
