Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a proven track record and extensive customization options to cater to specific accessibility needs, AC ‑ Accessibility Toolkit is a solid choice, given its perfect rating and established user base. However, its lack of explicit compliance claims might be a drawback for some. Tabnav Accessibility Widget is better suited for merchants aiming for automated WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and multilingual support, particularly if they lack the technical expertise to manually configure accessibility settings. However, its lack of reviews makes it a riskier choice. Merchants with strong technical expertise may prefer the control offered by AC while merchants with less time or expertise may favor the automated approach of Tabnav.
