Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking comprehensive, hands-on control over various accessibility features and willing to invest time in customization, AC ‑ Accessibility Toolkit appears to be a solid choice. However, the low number of reviews compared to Web Accessibility by Wawsome requires further consideration. If the primary goal is ensuring WCAG, EAA, and ADA compliance with an AI-powered solution that simplifies the process through automated scanning and readability improvements, Web Accessibility by Wawsome is the more suitable option. Larger enterprises may find the compliance focus of Wawsome more appealing due to legal considerations. However, the extremely low review count makes it difficult to recommend without further validation.
