AC ‑ Questions & Answers vs Chokusai Formsfor Shopify (2026)
AC ‑ Questions & Answers and Chokusai Forms are both Shopify apps categorized under 'Forms,' but they serve vastly different purposes and target distinct merchant segments. AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) focuses on enhancing customer engagement and building trust by enabling Q&A sections on product pages. Its strength lies in addressing customer doubts pre-purchase, potentially reducing abandonment rates. Key features like AI-generated answers and multi-language support further enhance its appeal to a broader audience. In contrast, Chokusai Forms is designed to streamline the recruitment process by allowing merchants to create custom job application forms. Chokusai Forms concentrates on internal business operations, specifically HR. It allows for the customization of application forms with features such as a drag-and-drop interface and integration with HR systems. While both apps involve forms, AC ‑ Questions & Answers is customer-facing and aims to increase sales, whereas Chokusai Forms is internally focused and streamlines hiring. The substantial difference in ratings and reviews indicates a significant disparity in user experience or perceived value as of 2026. AC has proven user acceptance while Chokusai has no validated reviews and therefore no proof of providing expected value.

Our Verdict
For eCommerce merchants prioritizing customer engagement and seeking to address pre-purchase questions effectively, AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) is the clear choice. Its features like AI-generated answers and multi-language support provide substantial value in improving the customer experience and boosting conversions. The strong positive rating and existing reviews further reinforce its suitability. In contrast, Chokusai Forms is relevant only for businesses experiencing significant hiring demands and needing a tool to streamline their recruitment process. However, the lack of reviews and a zero rating raise concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Without user validation, it's difficult to recommend Chokusai Forms over alternative HR solutions with established track records.
