AC ‑ Questions & Answers vs COD PRO Easy Sell Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) and COD PRO Easy Sell Form Builder both aim to improve the customer experience on Shopify stores, but they do so in drastically different ways. Askify focuses on building trust and addressing customer doubts by enabling a Q&A section on product pages, allowing merchants (or even other customers) to answer questions about products. This is specifically tailored towards increasing conversions by providing real-time information and reducing pre-purchase uncertainty. Askify touts AI-generated answers and multi-language support as key features. Conversely, COD PRO Easy Sell Form Builder provides a means for merchants to create customized order forms, particularly for Cash on Delivery (COD) setups. It prioritizes streamlining the order placement process and capturing customer data through customizable forms, supporting direct and WhatsApp orders while also tracking abandoned ones. It lacks social proof, indicated by zero reviews. It is positioned for merchants who want to easily build and manage customizable forms for orders, particularly for COD orders, and track abandoned orders for follow-up.

Our Verdict
Choosing between these two apps depends entirely on your business needs. If your focus is on enhancing product page engagement and building trust by addressing customer queries directly on product pages, AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) is the clear choice. The positive reviews and AI-powered features suggest a more mature and user-friendly product, despite the sample size being fairly small. However, if your primary concern is streamlining the order placement process, especially for Cash on Delivery orders, and you need a customizable form builder with support for direct and WhatsApp orders, then COD PRO Easy Sell Form Builder could be suitable. However, the complete lack of reviews is a major red flag, suggesting that the app may not be ready for a production environment, or may not even work at all. Before investing in COD PRO Easy Sell Form Builder, extensive testing and verification is necessary.
