Our Verdict
For established stores prioritizing advanced features such as AI-powered answers, multi-language support, and extensive customization, AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) is the clear choice. Its robust feature set and positive user reviews suggest a higher level of functionality and support. However, for smaller businesses or those just starting out, Inquiris may be a viable option if budget and simplicity are paramount. Its focus on basic Q&A management and data export could be sufficient for addressing initial customer inquiries. The merchant should consider the risk of installing a product without any reviews. Further investigation into Inquiris or waiting for reviews may be advised.
