AC ‑ Questions & Answers vs Madgic Order COD Form & Upsellfor Shopify (2026)
AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) and Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell are both highly-rated Shopify apps (5/5), but cater to very different needs. Our Verdict
For merchants whose customers frequently have questions about products before purchasing, 'AC ‑ Questions & Answers' is the clear choice. Its AI-powered Q&A, language support, and customization options make it suitable for building confidence and driving sales. If your business relies heavily on Cash on Delivery and struggles with abandoned carts or inefficient checkout processes, 'Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell' is likely the better option. The partial payment, abandoned cart recovery, and customizable COD forms are powerful tools for maximizing COD conversions. Choosing between the two depends entirely on the specific needs of your business and your primary focus: enhancing product information or optimizing the COD checkout experience.
