Our Verdict
For merchants whose customers frequently have pre-purchase questions about their products, particularly those with technical specifications or variations, AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) is the stronger choice. Its dedicated Q&A system, potential AI assistance, and focus on building trust directly on product pages address this need effectively. Conversely, O: WhatsApp Chat, Contact Form is more suitable for merchants who value direct, instant communication with customers through widely used channels like WhatsApp. While it lacks the specific focus on product page Q&A, it provides a broader customer service solution and a more accessible way for customers to reach out. If your support strategy values accessibility and general communication channels, O: WhatsApp Chat, Contact Form is a better option.
