AC ‑ Questions & Answers vs Quizify ‑ Product Quiz Builderfor Shopify (2026)
AC ‑ Questions & Answers and Quizify ‑ Product Quiz Builder offer distinct solutions for enhancing the customer experience on Shopify stores. AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) focuses on building trust and addressing pre-purchase doubts by enabling a Q&A section on product pages. This app positions itself as a tool to reduce customer uncertainty and prevent lost sales due to unanswered questions. It targets merchants who want to provide immediate support and build confidence in their products through community interaction and AI-powered responses. Quizify, on the other hand, concentrates on personalized product recommendations through interactive quizzes. It aims to guide customers overwhelmed by choices and increase sales by matching them with suitable products. The key difference lies in their approach: Askify addresses existing product-specific queries, while Quizify proactively guides customers towards the right products. Askify leverages real-time Q&A and community engagement, whereas Quizify uses a quiz format to gather customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Both share the 'Notifications' and 'Forms' categories on Shopify, but their functionalities are fundamentally different. One solves problems, the other proactively recommends.

Our Verdict
For merchants experiencing high cart abandonment rates due to unanswered questions or a lack of product information, AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) is the better choice. Its focus on building trust through real-time Q&A and AI-powered answers can directly address customer doubts and increase conversions. The multiple language support is also a significant advantage for stores with international customers.
On the other hand, Quizify ‑ Product Quiz Builder is ideal for merchants with extensive product catalogs or those selling products where customer preferences play a significant role. By guiding customers through a personalized quiz, Quizify can effectively match them with the right products, reducing the chances of returns and increasing customer satisfaction. While Askify's higher rating is compelling, Quizify's greater number of reviews suggests a more established user base and proven track record in product recommendation.
