AC ‑ Questions & Answers vs Rapid Reviews: Product Reviewsfor Shopify (2026)
AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) and Rapid Reviews: Product Reviews both address customer confidence, but do so with different approaches and target audiences. Askify focuses primarily on Q&A functionality, emphasizing real-time interaction and AI-generated answers to preempt customer uncertainty. The app highlights its multiple language support (20+ languages), customizable Q&A styles, and its overall aim to build trust by directly addressing customer doubts on product pages. While the app has a 5/5 rating, the relatively low number of reviews (24) suggests it may be a newer app, or aimed at a smaller niche of Shopify merchants. Rapid Reviews, on the other hand, provides a more comprehensive product review solution that *also* includes Q&A. Rapid Reviews pitches itself as a high-performance, speed-optimized review and Q&A solution. It offers a wider range of features including photo & video reviews, deep search capabilities, AMP email technology, and customizable review requests with incentives. This suggests it's geared toward merchants prioritizing detailed customer feedback, searchability, and marketing through review requests. The higher review count (114) suggests wider adoption and more established performance. While offering multi-language support, Rapid Review is limited to 14 languages compared to the 20+ offered by Askify. Finally, Rapid Reviews' focus on minimizing page speed impact suggests it caters more towards stores concerned about SEO and user experience. Because of the increased review data collected by Rapid Reviews, it may offer more actionable insights into customer behavior.

Our Verdict
For stores specifically needing robust Q&A functionality with multilingual support and wanting to leverage AI for faster responses, AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) is a good starting point. Its focus on instant notifications and admin control makes it ideal for actively managing customer inquiries. However, because of the lower review count, it may be a riskier choice without further research and testing. Rapid Reviews: Product Reviews is the stronger choice for merchants looking for a more complete review solution, especially those concerned with page speed and SEO. The inclusion of photo and video reviews, deep search, and advanced review request features makes it a powerful tool for collecting customer feedback and driving sales. The higher review count builds confidence in its reliability.
