Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with enhancing the purchase experience on product pages and addressing customer questions to boost sales, AC ‑ Questions & Answers (Askify) is the better choice. Its AI-powered answers, multilingual support, and direct integration with product pages provide a focused solution for building trust and reducing customer hesitation. However, for merchants requiring a flexible tool to create various types of forms for data collection, inquiry management, and integration with marketing tools like Klaviyo, SK: Form Builder App offers a more versatile and comprehensive solution. The larger user base, indicated by the significantly higher number of reviews, suggests a proven track record and wider adoption.
Ultimately, the decision depends on the specific needs of the merchant. If the primary goal is to directly address customer questions and improve conversion rates on product pages, Askify is recommended. If the goal is to create a variety of forms for different purposes and integrate them with other marketing and CRM tools, SK: Form Builder App is the more suitable option.
