Our Verdict
If a merchant prioritizes improving the post-purchase experience, enabling order-specific communication, and customizing the checkout process, Account Blocks, Ui Extensions is the more suitable choice, despite having fewer reviews. Its features such as order notes, problem reporting, and trust badges directly address these needs. However, merchants primarily concerned with efficiently managing product inquiries before a purchase is made should opt for OC Product Enquiry. Its features like real-time notifications and search functionality are specifically designed for this purpose. OC Product Enquiry has a better established review base so has greater credibility. If customer pre-sales inquiry management is the priority then OC Product Enquiry is the better choice.
