Our Verdict
For merchants looking to comprehensively revamp their customer-facing UI across multiple touchpoints with a focus on adding interactive elements and additional information, Account Blocks, Ui Extensions is the more appropriate choice. It offers a wide range of customization options, but its ease of use may be slightly lower due to its complexity. However, it's important to note the extremely limited number of reviews for this app.
If the primary goal is to streamline order management, proactively keep customers informed about their order status, and reduce support tickets, StatusPro - Order Status is the better option. Its features are specifically tailored to order communication, and its higher number of reviews suggests greater reliability and wider adoption. The QR code scanning feature is particularly useful for internal order management and efficiency. StatusPro is the more established and focused application.
