Our Verdict
Based on the available data, EA• Accessibility ADA WCAG EAA appears to be the stronger choice for most merchants. Its perfect rating, positive reviews, and comprehensive feature set, including voice navigation and built-in translation, make it a more attractive and user-friendly option. Its promise of reduced legal risk and improved user experience adds further value.
However, ADA Tray Web Accessibility could be suitable for merchants specifically interested in automatic updates and a more focused approach to WCAG and ADA compliance. If 'evergreen' technology and hands-off updates are prioritized over comprehensive features and validated user satisfaction, ADA Tray might be considered, pending user reviews to confirm the stated feature set works as advertised. Given the lack of reviews on ADA Tray, merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app before committing to a paid plan, if offered.
