Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing control over their customer base, wanting to manage access, and requiring specific customer segmentation upon registration (e.g., B2B, Wholesale), Addify ‑ Approve New Customers is the stronger choice. The ability to manually approve registrations and validate based on customer tags offers fine-grained control. In contrast, HIKO Social Login is better suited for stores focused on rapid customer acquisition, simplifying the login process, and enhancing their marketing efforts through integrated data collection. HIKO's wide array of social login options and connections to leading marketing platforms make it ideal for boosting conversion rates and personalizing customer interactions. If customer registration process is a bottleneck to conversions, go with HIKO.
