Our Verdict
AddressHero is the clear choice for merchants struggling with address-related shipping problems like misdeliveries and high support costs resulting from incorrect addresses. Its straightforward functionality directly addresses these issues. PDQ is better suited for merchants who are already experiencing a reasonable level of shipping accuracy but are looking to aggressively optimize their checkout process for increased conversions. It offers more advanced features and requires a deeper understanding of A/B testing and customer segmentation. For merchants unsure about which issue to solve first, addressing shipping accuracy (AddressHero) will likely have a more immediate and tangible positive impact before optimizing the overall checkout experience (PDQ).
