Our Verdict
Addresyo Lock is the clear choice for merchants experiencing issues with incorrect customer addresses due to Shopify's default behavior. If a business finds its customer addresses are frequently being overwritten and that this is creating problems for shipping or billing, Addresyo Lock offers a simple, automated solution. Conversely, Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist is the better option for merchants looking to actively grow customer loyalty and increase sales. Its comprehensive suite of features, including loyalty points, wishlists, and VIP tiers, provides a multifaceted approach to customer engagement.
If a merchant needs *both* address correction and a loyalty program, they will need both apps as they perform different functions. Most merchants are probably better served by Froonze, as customer loyalty and wishlist features are often more valuable to a store's revenue and can be more easily quantified.
