Adnosaur Import vs NoteDesk ‑ AI CRM, ERP & Tasksfor Shopify (2026)
Adnosaur Import and NoteDesk - AI CRM, ERP & Tasks, while both appearing under the 'Product content' category on Shopify (potentially due to their overlap on product information management in dropshipping or CRM-related contexts), cater to vastly different needs and target audiences. Adnosaur Import is positioned as a simple dropshipping tool focused on importing products from AliExpress, emphasizing ease of use and custom pricing. NoteDesk, on the other hand, aims to be a comprehensive CRM, ERP, and task management solution, leveraging AI to automate workflows and facilitate team collaboration. Adnosaur is aimed at dropshippers, while NoteDesk is designed for larger stores needing CRM and task automation. The critical distinction lies in their core functionalities: Adnosaur Import facilitates product acquisition and listing, while NoteDesk focuses on operational efficiency, customer relationship management, and team coordination. Adnosaur's strengths are in quickly importing product data and setting custom prices. NoteDesk's strengths are in order fulfilment, customer service, inventory tracking, and team collaboration automation. A key difference is that Adnosaur directly imports product content while NoteDesk might indirectly manage content through task automations, notes, and related CRM data.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily engaged in dropshipping and seeking a straightforward solution to import products from AliExpress, Adnosaur Import appears to be the more relevant choice, assuming the app is functional despite its lack of reviews. However, its lack of reviews is a significant risk. NoteDesk - AI CRM, ERP & Tasks, caters to established Shopify businesses with more complex operational needs. If your priority is managing customer relationships, automating workflows, and improving team collaboration, NoteDesk is the better option. Given the current review situation, if considering Adnosaur, proceed with extreme caution, and perhaps consider other more established AliExpress import apps with demonstrable positive user feedback. NoteDesk is preferable given its user rating.
