Adoric Popup & Email Popups vs Kiwi: Final Sale Discountsfor Shopify (2026)
Adoric Popup & Email Popups and Kiwi: Final Sale Discounts, while both listed under the 'Discounts' category on Shopify, address fundamentally different aspects of e-commerce. Adoric focuses on optimizing conversion rates and email list growth through various pop-up strategies. It aims to increase AOV and capture leads using features like email pop-ups, exit-intent pop-ups, cart upsells, and cross-sells. The app boasts a high rating and a substantial number of reviews, suggesting a mature and widely adopted solution for merchants seeking immediate sales boosts. Adoric's strength lies in its versatility and pre-built templates, simplifying campaign creation. Kiwi: Final Sale Discounts, on the other hand, tackles the problem of return-related costs. It provides a mechanism for merchants to offer discounts in exchange for customers waiving their right to return a product. This app is specifically designed to protect profit margins and reduce operational overhead associated with processing returns. Kiwi is currently available only for the U.S. market. While its rating is still high, the limited number of reviews indicates it's a newer or more niche solution, likely appealing to merchants with high return rates on certain products.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on driving sales and expanding their email marketing reach, Adoric Popup & Email Popups is the stronger choice. Its comprehensive suite of pop-up tools and high review count suggest a well-established and effective solution. However, if a merchant's primary concern is mitigating the financial impact of product returns, particularly in the U.S. market, Kiwi: Final Sale Discounts offers a targeted solution. While it has fewer reviews, its unique value proposition addresses a specific pain point that Adoric does not.
Essentially, Adoric is for proactively increasing revenue, while Kiwi is for defensively protecting it. Consider the specific challenges and priorities of your business when making your selection. A business with a high average order value but also high return rates may benefit from both applications.
