Adoric Popup & Email Popups vs MyBulk ‑ Bulk Discount Creatorfor Shopify (2026)
Adoric Popup & Email Popups and MyBulk ‑ Bulk Discount Creator both operate in the 'Discounts' category on Shopify, but cater to distinct needs. Adoric focuses on on-site engagement and conversion optimization through popups, email collection, and upselling tactics, targeting merchants looking to actively influence customer behavior within their store. It emphasizes ease of use and ready-to-use templates. MyBulk, on the other hand, is centered on the creation and management of large numbers of discount codes for external campaigns, loyalty programs, and affiliate partnerships. It prioritizes scalability and flexibility in distributing discounts outside of the immediate Shopify store environment. Adoric's strength lies in its ability to enhance the shopping experience and increase average order value directly on the store, while MyBulk excels at enabling large-scale discount marketing initiatives. While Adoric advertises email collection and related discounts via popups, MyBulk allows for advanced organization of promotional discounts with features like customizable promo codes and CSV export. The decision between the two depends heavily on whether a merchant needs on-site conversion tools or off-site discount campaign management.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants aiming to directly influence customer behavior on their website and increase immediate sales, Adoric Popup & Email Popups is the stronger choice. Its features like exit-intent popups, cart upsells, and spin-the-wheel offer a suite of tools to enhance the shopping experience and encourage conversions. However, for merchants prioritizing large-scale marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, or affiliate partnerships where unique discount codes are needed for external distribution, MyBulk ‑ Bulk Discount Creator is the superior option. Its ability to generate up to 250,000 codes and export them to CSV makes it ideal for managing complex promotional initiatives.
Common Questions
Which app is better for improving AOV (Average Order Value)?
Adoric is specifically designed to improve AOV through features like cart upsells and frequently bought together popups, making it the better choice for direct AOV improvement on your store.
Can I use both apps together?
Potentially, yes. Adoric can capture emails and offer general discounts, while MyBulk could generate specific codes for a targeted segment obtained via Adoric. However, the overlap is minimal, so carefully consider if both are truly necessary.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Both apps claim ease of use, but Adoric seems to cater to absolute beginners with ready-to-use templates and automated strategies. MyBulk might require a bit more planning for the external campaign it supports.
What if I just want to create a single discount code?
Neither app is optimized for single discount code creation. Shopify's built-in discount code functionality would be more appropriate for that.
Which app is more suitable for BFCM (Black Friday Cyber Monday)?
Adoric explicitly mentions BFCM in its headline, suggesting features and strategies tailored for the holiday season. MyBulk *could* be used for BFCM campaigns but lacks a specific focus.
