Order Tracking by Pragma provides auto-login, multi-carrier tracking, split shipment visualization, and feedback collection (NPS, product reviews). The level of integration also differs, with AE touting integration with Shopify Flow for broader automation. AE: Order Editing & Upsell seems geared toward merchants looking to give customers more control over their orders before fulfillment, reduce support workload, and potentially increase AOV through upsells.
