Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with high order cancellation rates and seeking to boost AOV through post-purchase upselling, AE: Order Editing & Upsell appears to be the stronger choice, based on its high rating and larger number of reviews. Its focus on customer empowerment and integrations like Shopify Flow make it suitable for more established businesses.
On the other hand, Pick, Pack and Promo is better suited for merchants primarily focused on improving their internal order fulfillment processes. Its pick lists, bundle support, and promo flagging features are helpful for optimizing warehouse operations. However, the lower rating and fewer reviews suggest that merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly investigate whether its specific features meet their needs.
